Communication Consent
By submitting your information through a LeadProspector-powered form and checking the consent checkboxes, you agree to receive SMS messages related to your account and services.
These SMS messages may be sent by LeadProspector or by a LeadProspector-powered business on their behalf.
Two Types of SMS Consent
LeadProspector offers two separate types of SMS messaging consent. You can choose to opt in to one or both types:
1. Transactional Messages
By checking this box, I consent to receive transactional messages related to my account, orders, or services I have requested from LeadProspector. These messages may include appointment reminders, order confirmations, and account notifications among others. Message frequency may vary. Message & Data rates may apply. What are transactional messages?
Transactional messages are service-related communications directly tied to your account or service requests, including:
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Order confirmations and status updates
- Account notifications and security alerts
- Service completion notifications
- Billing and payment confirmations
- Follow-up messages related to your specific inquiry or service
2. Marketing and Promotional Messages
By checking this box, I consent to receive marketing and promotional messages, including special offers, discounts, new product updates among others from LeadProspector. Message frequency may vary. Message & Data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt-out.
What are marketing messages?
Marketing messages are promotional communications designed to inform you about offers and updates, including:
- Special offers and discounts
- New product or service announcements
- Seasonal promotions and limited-time deals
- Company news and updates
- Educational content and tips
- Referral program information
How Contacts Opt In
Contacts opt in to receive SMS messages by submitting their phone number through LeadProspector web forms where two separate unchecked checkboxes explicitly authorize transactional and marketing SMS messaging. By checking one or both boxes and submitting the form, users consent to receive the corresponding type(s) of SMS messages.
Important: Both consent checkboxes are unchecked by default. You must actively check each box to consent to that type of messaging. You can choose to opt in to transactional messages only, marketing messages only, or both.
Message Frequency and Rates
Message frequency varies depending on the type of consent:
- Transactional: Messages are sent as needed based on your account activity, appointments, and service requests
- Marketing: Promotional messages are sent periodically, typically 2-4 times per month, but may vary based on campaigns and offers
Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier's plan. Standard messaging rates from your carrier apply to all SMS messages.
Important Notices
Not a Condition of Purchase
Consent to receive SMS communications is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You can decline marketing messages and still receive transactional messages related to your account and services.
Opt-Out
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out request.
Note: Replying STOP will opt you out of all SMS messages from LeadProspector. If you wish to opt out of only marketing messages while continuing to receive transactional messages, please contact us directly.

Service-Centric Messaging
All SMS communications are directly related to your account, service inquiries, appointments, or promotional offers you have explicitly consented to receive. LeadProspector does not engage in unsolicited mass marketing or spam.
Data Privacy
